What can I expect from my consultation with Sheic Support?

You will meet with Angee Robertson, the principal of Sheic Support. Your consultation will include a complete overview of our services. Your discussion will determine the projects, services and tasks that would best assist you and your business. Angee will also discuss Sheic Support’s retainer program.

What is Sheic Support’s work style?

As professionals, any work we do for your business is taken very seriously. We take great pride in the work we do for our clients. However, we do like to have fun. We enjoy our work days, having a flexible schedule and partnerships with people of the same work style. Mutual respect and consideration is extremely important for a working relationship to be a successful one.

Certainly it is true that there are occasional emergencies that come up and need to be handled; however, generally speaking, our relationship will be much stronger if you allow ample time to complete projects. If you have an urgent project that needs attention the same day, it would be best to send the information as soon as possible and not wait to send it in the afternoon. On most projects, we provide a 24-hour response. We do not work well when you have emergencies, because we are not always instantly available to you. Providing a deadline for assigned projects will ensure that your tasks are completed.

What type of professionals do you work best with?

Our services are created for people who have established businesses yet know their business will grow even more with a successful online presence. We work best with successful, dedicated and motivated entrepreneurs.

For what type of professional are our services NOT going to work?

Our services are performed completely virtually. 90% of our communications are done online, mostly via e-mail, though we do hold occasional strategy and planning calls with clients. That said, it is expected that our clients are fairly web savvy, and use e-mail as part of their daily business practice. If you are a “phone-or-face” only person, our support is not for you.

Will I be working with Angee all the time?

You will not be working with Angee at all times. Each member of the Sheic Support team has specific areas of expertise. When it’s appropriate, you may also work with these associates. We utilize Basecamp project management software to manage all client projects.
